ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS AND CAPITAL MARKET III

This work fulfills the possibility of abandoning or restricting expository classes, making the applicable theories being subject to study outside the classroom. The discussion of concrete situations, with real names and context, has the objective to comply with the demand for the class to be focused on the real world, with which students have daily contact through the media. For all those students who attend the classes, this methodology provides class discussions that show the sensitivity and difficulty that the Law presents in the technique of deciding conflicts. Finally, yet in using Eli and Daniel’s work, it will be verified that, through the study of the CVM’s case law, several issues of corporate law and securities can be addressed in the same class – as will surge the necessary interventions of others branches of law, such as the law of obligations. At last, this work allows and conspires not only for its use among those who have in law their professions, but it is also useful to those who one day will be professionals working in a different world from that which our generation was submitted in our past legal courses.
