Beatriz Cal Tavares is a lawyer with experience in strategic civil litigation, acting in international asset recovery and insolvency proceedings. She is a member of the Civil Law and Banking Law Committees of the OAB/SP. She holds a master’s degree in Civil Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, a specialization in Business Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and a law degree from the State University of Londrina.
