Ivan Iegoroff de Mattos is a lawyer experienced in Corporate Law, Capital Market, and Arbitration. Ivan has worked in three different areas in his career: (i) arbitration, particularly related to corporate disputes; (ii) enforcement in financial and capital market (Central Bank, CRSFN, CVM, ANBIMA, B3); and (iii) M&A operations.

He specialized in Corporate Law at the Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – GVLaw. He co-founded the Arbitration Studies Group of the Law School at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie – GEAMack, in which he still participates as coordinator. He was invited as honorary member of the Brazilian Arbitration Students Association – ABEArb, during their first administration. He acted as assistant professor of Corporate Law, Capital Market, and Arbitration, at the Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

He is an assistant professor of Civil Law at the Law School of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a member of the mediators list of the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Brazilian Rural Society.
